By purchasing a Pretty Boss Designs template, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Licence Scope

One template purchase = one licence = one website. If you'd like to use a template for more than one business or site, a separate license is required for each.

What You Can Do With Your Template

  • Use your template to build a live website for personal or commercial use.

  • Customize the design, colours, images, and content to suit your brand.

  • Web designers are welcome to purchase and use this template for client work. Each client website requires its own separate license.

What You Cannot Do

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the template files, in whole or in part, to any other person or business.

  • Modify and resell this template design as your own template product.

  • Claim the original template design as your own work.

Content and Images

Templates may include placeholder text and images created with AI assistance. These are included for demonstration and inspiration only. Please replace:

  • All written content with your own copy

  • Any images meant to represent your business, such as photos of you, your team, your products, or your services

Generic stock-style images that do not specifically represent your business (think: neutral lifestyle or decor shots) may be used as-is under a personal use licence.

Setting Up Your Website

Your template will be delivered as a brand new website added to your own Squarespace account. It will not be added to or merged with an existing site.

Squarespace Trial and Discount

New Squarespace accounts include a free 6-month trial, so no subscription is required before your purchase. If you would like to apply the discount toward your first annual plan, Pretty Boss Designs must remain listed as a contributor on your site.

Getting Access

Check your email within 24 hours of purchase for instructions on accessing your template.

What's Not Included

This purchase covers the template only. It does not include:

  • Template customization or additional design work

  • Ongoing website maintenance

  • Legal wording for your Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms & Conditions, or similar pages

  • Your domain fee

  • Your Squarespace plan

  • Any other third-party expenses or subscription fees

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for making sure your website meets all applicable legal requirements and regulations for your business and location, including any required policies, disclaimers, or accessibility standards.

Liability

Pretty Boss Designs is not responsible for any legal issues, non-compliance, or liabilities that arise from the use of this template.

Refunds

No refunds or exchanges due to the digital nature of the product.

Ownership

This template remains the intellectual property of Pretty Boss Designs. Purchasing a licence grants you the right to use it under the terms above; it does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

Pretty Boss Designs may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your template means you agree to the most current version.
